Awesome

Replacing mug destroyed in transit went smoothly. Wish shipment (& transit updates) was as efficient. Was updated on regular basis for this item and the info was accurate. For bar shipment, updates way off including advice that item had been delivered 2 days after delivery. Every bid of transit info was one or two days off every time.
