Tastes like Banana Nut Bread
As a Type 1 Diabetic ... these bars are great pre-workout. They don't spike my blood sugar levels but they give me some energy before a tennis match. I bought the sample pack first and liked every single flavor.

Love these bars - low sugar and no chocolate
Delicious without extra sweeteners!
Sweet trains you to want more, so I'm pretty opinionated about "healthy" bars. So many aren't. And chocolate included in the bar? IMHO that makes it a candy bar (sorry IQ - I know many of your bars have chocolate. . . ) Just enjoy some good chocolate, people. It's much more satisfying.
So back to these bars - exactly what I want and none of what I don't.
And if you are addicted to sweet stuff and sugars - be gentle with yourself. It takes time to get away from it, but it is possible. And worth it.
