Delicious
I love the flavor variety. I have to admit, it's like I can feel the absorption happening. I tried the sampler first and was so convinced that I had to have these on autoship. I drink mainly water, but sometimes you can tell that your body just isn't absorbing it. So now I am using IQMIX on a daily basis.

How do they do it?!
I first tried these when I ordered the variety pack with IQMix, bars, and coffee. I was already a fan of the bars and wanted to try the other products. I wasn't expecting to like the sticks all that much. What a surprise! I used to drink Liquid I.V. and other brands like that until I noticed how much sugar they contain - staggering. So I quit. I had come to believe that hydration sticks = high sugar. Wrong! IQBAR has somehow managed to make hydration sticks that are at least as good if not better than the high-sugar brands. They're delicious, refreshing, and get the job done. :)
