As a bariatric patient, I have tried so many brands of protein bars. Most of them are too high in carbs, have too many unhealthy ingredients, or just taste terrible. But IQ bars are low on carbs and calories, have healthy ingredients, and taste fantastic!

I only ate a few bites of one bar. I did not like the texture at all and there is something in the bar, I don’t know if it was a sweetener or what, but it was burning and irritating my mouth.
