How i eat my Bananas
IQ has a protein bar that after I work out, I eat a bar. I feel the energy. I bought the sample pack and they all were good but I am sticking with one flavored bar and it Banana Nut.
They have a very good real Banana taste and I taste a nutty flavor too. The bar is chewy and not gritty. Good size bar for a after workout supplement.
I like that they offer discounts and free shipping. Best protein bar with good ingredients. I eat it, I feel it. Feeling Good.
