I love this hydrating drink!
I travel a lot for work and for pleasure and these hydration drink mixes are lifesavers. I don't travel without them. They help me recover from long flights and a lot of walking. They are also low in carbs and this is a true bonus.

I tried the Matcha Chai Bar and it was a perfect blend of both the matcha and chai flavors. Something a little crunchy, too (walnuts, perhaps?) I enjoyed it! I also tried that Toasted Hazelnut coffee, added a little milk and I found it to taste of a nice cup of bistro coffee. Then I went on to the Raspberry Lemonade, it hinted of the right flavor, however, I could taste the electrolytes and I'm not a fan of the mouth feel of that.

I started eating the bars as part of a low-carb diet, and wanted to try the other lines (Mix and Joe), plus a few different flavors of the bars and this was an ideal way to do that. Honestly, I had heard that mushroom coffee was like drinking dirt, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the flavor that I've ordered more. Likewise, the MIX flavors aren't too sweet and don't have the chemical aftertaste that many other hydration sticks do.

It was good to get a sample of other options IQ has available. We didn't care for many of the other par options than the Chocolate Sea salt and the chocolate mint. Should have waiting to buy the Banana and Pumpkin bars as they aren't flavors we liked much. It was good to try the drink powders. We will stick to what we currently use. My son did like a couple of the coffee flavors...but probably not worth ordering online for just those two things...we'll see.
