As a bariatric patient, I have tried so many brands of protein bars. Most of them are too high in carbs, have too many unhealthy ingredients, or just taste terrible. But IQ bars are low on carbs and calories, have healthy ingredients, and taste fantastic!

Literally iq bars are the only bars I can eat bc they’re gluten and dairy free and most importantly have almost no sugar and don’t use bad sweeteners like erythritol yahoo
I don’t eat sweets but I always crave these bc they only have 1g sugar and are chocolatey…. The only time I can have something sweet and chocolatey
