As a bariatric patient, I have tried so many brands of protein bars. Most of them are too high in carbs, have too many unhealthy ingredients, or just taste terrible. But IQ bars are low on carbs and calories, have healthy ingredients, and taste fantastic!

This is my favorite bar. It had something hard in it that you changed, and I like it better because it does not stick in my teeth now. I think this is the healthiest of all the bars and it does not contain any chocolate. Every bar does not need to contain chocolate and it is nice to have something to switch to.
