My Fave Health Bar!
I knew when I ordered this bar it would be my absolute favorite bar for lunch or my dessert! Also love the almond butter chip . Plan to order the Lemon blueberry next with my Matcha Chai!

One of my personal favorites
I really like the texture, flavors, and nutrition values of IQ Bars. Not certain if the MCT’s have a huge benefit on my mental performance, but it’s also a move little bonus. I eat a bar with a protein Shane every morning for a quick breakfast fix.
I’ve had them all. Outside of the limited edition Gingerbread (which I would purchase more frequently if not limited), the Matcha Chai is a personal favorite. The PB Chocolate Chip & Coconut Chip probably follow.
This is a really good bar imo, I enjoy the hints of cinnamon and Matcha, which also have nice brain, guy, & heart health properties. If you enjoy those flavors, strongly suggest. Matcha Chai 9/10.
